ADULT
PROGRAMS

“ What a fantastic gym! Professors are knowledgeable and patient for all levels of experience. The staff genuinely cares about everyone who attends and strives to learn and improve together. I have not been to a single class where I didn't come out feeling significantly better coming out than I did coming in. "
- Allen Burns

GB1 Fundamental Program

It is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and easy to learn format. Our 16 week program covers all the basics of Jiu-Jitsu. This 1 hour class focuses on self defense and the most important and basic techniques of Jiu-Jitsu. During this stage students develop their mobility, cardio and jiu-jitsu skills. After this foundation is built (about 4-6 months) the student can move forward to our GB2 Program.

GB2 Program

At this stage students have a basic understanding of Jiu-Jitsu and are ready to start piecing together techniques. This is where students start to develop their game, speed, precision and add more fine tune detail to their techniques. Sparring is introduced, pushing students to apply what they have learned. Safety measures are still a priority, but now they are encouraged to train and develop their skills and game plan.

GB3 Program

This is the last stage of our adult program. Once a student receives Blue Belt they are welcomed into the GB3 program, path to Black Belt.  Students will explore more challenging techniques but more importantly, students will have more time and opportunity to train.  With the building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu already in place our students can master techniques, easily flow from position to position, control opponents, and progress from Blue to Black Belt.

"I train Jiu Jitsu as a woman, mother of 5 who wants to be healthy, feel empowered and strong. My kids all train here and it’s kind of our family thing. The GB community is strong and supportive. I absolutely love it."
